Hi, my name is James. My main passions in life are anything to do with Natural History from Dinosaurs, Trees, Birds, Bugs and also things like Conservation, Ecology and Enviromentalism, I love it. I also love History, particularly the Classical, Medieval and Napoleonic era. I also have a passion for writing (obvious really), I've written all my life, primarily for leisure purposes, and would love to earn a living from it. The final thing that qualifies as a passion for me, is reading. I'm a real bookworm, but I don't restrict myself to books. I'll read just about anything. My favourite author is Tolkein, and love losing myself in the magical world that he created. I also have a fondness for Historical novels, paricularly the works of Bernard Cornwell and Conn Iggulden.

In my spare time, as well as writing and reading, I love going for walks in the countryside, and visiting nature reserves to indulge in a little bit of Bird and Wildlife Watching. I also like my sport, especially Basketball, and try to keep up to date with all the goings on in the NBA.
